Frequently asked questions

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. From your account, click Manage Billing Portal to cancel at the end of your current period. You keep Pro access until that period ends.

Do you offer refunds?

We don't offer prorated refunds for unused time on a current period. If something is broken or you were charged in error, contact us and we'll make it right.

Can I switch between monthly and annual?

Yes. From your account, switch to monthly or annual at any time — pricing is prorated automatically by Stripe.

What happens to my maps if I downgrade?

Your maps are not deleted. On Free you can access your most recent slot; the others stay stored and become available again if you re-upgrade. Export to JSON anytime as a backup.

Can I delete my account?

Yes. Email us from the contact page and we'll close the account and remove your data. Self-serve account deletion is on the roadmap.

Do new Pro features cost extra?

No. Anything in the Pro "Coming soon" list above is included in your subscription when it ships. We may launch separate add-ons in the future, but the current Pro features stay in.

How do I get help?

Use the contact page. We answer most questions within one business day (Mon-Fri). Pro subscribers get priority on billing and account issues.
