By accessing hexuseditor.com or using Hexus Editor (“Service”), you agree to these terms. If you disagree, do not use the Service.
Use of the Service
You may use the Service for lawful purposes. You retain rights to content you create; you grant us a license to host and process your content solely to operate the Service.
Accounts
You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.
Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Fees, renewal, and cancellation follow Stripe’s checkout terms and the product configuration in your Stripe customer portal where enabled.
Built-in artwork
Hexus includes built-in terrain and overlay art for use inside the Service and in exports you create for personal campaigns, tabletop play, VTT sessions, and non-commercial sharing. Built-in art is provided for templating only — you may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense Hexus built-in tile images as a standalone asset pack, and you may not embed built-in Hexus art in a commercial game or product you ship for sale without replacing it with your own or properly licensed third-party art.
Map JSON exports contain layout and texture keys, not image files. PNG and SVG exports bake visible art into a single image. Marketplace packs are subject to their listed license tiers. See our export and licensing guide for details.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for indirect or consequential damages.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
